 I Open My Heart I was fortunate enough to learn about this resource when facing my own health challenges. I found a highly genuine, current, realistic and (as advertised :) heart-opening story, a new heroine, and inspiration to learn how to heal in totally new ways. I use the spiritual manifestation mantra example from this book on a daily basis and it has worked wonders for me in terms of belief in the positive aspects of life, living, and healing from what I can actually see and touch vs. the intangible. I highly recommend this book.

While reading this book I felt like the author was whispering words of wisdom to my ears in person. I have read many books but I have never quite felt like the author was sitting in the room with me telling a story like this one was. I started the book knowing that it would be a story her struggle with cancer and her battle to overcome the adversity that it brought to her life (delivers quite nicely in this area). However, what I also came away with were helpful notes on some things that I should be doing to clean up my lifestyle. I really appreciated the level of detail the author provided on how she cleansed her system through food her choices and practiced spiritual healing. |
