What makes someone a leader? For years, people have pondered this question. Some even have dedicated books and seminars to their conclusions. But to me, the answer is simple: a leader helps others.

For the last 25 years, I’ve dedicated myself to helping people through the IT industry.

With two degrees in computer science and a PhD in Organizational Leadership in Information Systems & Technology, I’ve developed an expertise in mobile, social media, and Internet technologies, while building a solid track record of working closely with others and influencing decision making.

In my current role as Vice President Senior Program Manager at Wells Fargo Bank, I’ve helped manage online banking and successfully implemented the $3M Social Relationship Platform from inception to launch, for several lines of businesses including Wells Fargo Advisors, Enterprise Marketing, Social Care, and Customer Care.

My contributions have led me to earn several awards, including the Wells Fargo Corporate Recognition Award for an African American Female Contributor and the Diversity Champion Award Winner.

Outside of my work. I’ve also volunteered for key positions in non-profit organizations like the Stride Center in order to make more of a difference in my community.

Today, I seek to use my leadership experience and computer expertise to direct more IT teams towards fulfilling their objectives.
